Sam joined ÌìÃÀmvÌìÃÀ in 2023 in the London office and has recently relocated to the Melbourne office in Australia.

He specialises in clinical operations across the APAC market, delivering both interim and permanent recruitment solutions. Sam supports a wide range of roles, from Clinical Research Coordinators through to Vice President of Clinical Operations, working closely with organisations to identify and secure top talent across the clinical landscape.

Prior to joining ÌìÃÀmvÌìÃÀ, Sam spent two and a half years at a boutique ÌìÃÀmvÌìÃÀ recruitment start-up, where he was the sixth employee. In this role, he focused primarily on clinical operations while also supporting clinical development projects for small to mid-sized biotech companies across the EU, US, and UK. This fast-paced and hands-on experience enabled him to quickly adapt and succeed within ÌìÃÀmvÌìÃÀ.

Sam’s first language is English, and having lived in Mexico until the age of seven, he is also fluent in Spanish.

He takes a solutions-focused approach to his work, which has helped him build strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
